DSL Depot has a selection of the best soils you would need in any garden or landscaping project. All of our soils have distinctive elements that provide unique properties in horticulture and yardwork. Below are the soil products we offer for delivery in Innisfil:

• Compost: A nutrient-rich mixture of decomposing organic compounds and materials. The high concentration of recycled nutrients stimulates quick, strong, and healthy soil quality and plant growth. We recommend using compost mixed in with your soil or layered above the soil, depending on the project. Our DSL Depot quality compost is available for quick delivery in the Innisfil area. 
• Topsoil: This is a mixture of mineral particles, air, water, microorganisms and organic matter. Topsoil is very beneficial to cultivating healthy garden growth. A layer of topsoil should be placed on top of the outermost layer of the soil. DSL Depot offers two types of topsoil for delivery:
• Triple Mix Soil: This is a rich soil mixture of black loam, compost, and sandy soil. Triple Mix soil is recommended for landscaping projects and gardening. Our team only delivers the best! That is why we examine each soil mixture and perform quality control testing; we sterilize the soil to remove all weeds and contaminants and balance the soil to boost its ability to enhance growth and fertility.
• Screened Topsoil: A healthy topsoil screened to half an inch. This heavy and dense soil is highly recommended to be used as a foundation for gardens – floral and vegetable; trees and shrubs, and as lawn filling. It is most beneficial for laying sod and levelling the ground. 
• Mulch: This is a soil that supports locking in moisture and eliminating weed growth. This beneficial soil can be used in all landscaping and gardening projects. Due to its visual appeal, it is applied to most flower beds, walking trails, and other landscaping. We can provide mulch delivery in the Innisfil area for next and same-day delivery!  

How many bags of soil do I need for a 4×8 raised bed?

Generally, for a 4×8 raised bed, only a cubic yard of soil will be needed if the Height is no more than ten inches.

How many yards of soil will fit in a pickup?

A smaller-sized pickup truck can hold about one cubic yard of soil. In comparison, a full-sized pickup can hold approximately two cubic yards.
